On a very serious note: Our friend Denise Kaley finds herself on a path that is presenting some very big challenges. Denise has been diagnosed with lung cancer.
On Sunday, February 22nd, beginning at 1:00pm there will be a fundraiser for Denise Kaley at The Point Restaurant at the Thornewood Inn in Great Barrington, MA. This will be great gathering of positive energy along with music, food, a silent auction and raffles to help Denise.
For most of her life, Denise Kaley has given of her energy and talent as a licensed Massage Therapist and Cranial-Sacral Therapist. Denise has her own practice in Great Barrington, MA and is highly respected in the community. She has helped many people achieve health and wellness.
Due to her illness, Denise is presently without income. All of us who know Denise now take the initiative to see what we can do to help her through this difficult period. She needs financial assistance now.
Please come join us at The Point. I will be playing some of my music on this day as will Bobby Sweet and The BSweet Band, JoAnne Redding, Adam Michael Rothberg, Rob Kelly with Rob Putnam and Jeff Stevens, The BeeLine Ramblers and Kelly Hagan.
There is a suggested donation of $20.00 and advance tickets are available in Great Barrington, MA at Michele’s Day Spa and Tune Street. In Dalton, MA at Jacob’s Restaurant and The Mill Town Tavern.

This is an exciting Folk Festival in Queens NY. The folks who run it saw Fran, Tony and I play at the Champlain Valley Folk Festival this summer. I was playing one of Fran's cigar box dulcimers in one of the workshops. They loved it and asked us to be at the festival as crafters this year. It's a great line up of musicians and you can be sure we'll be picking alot over the weekend.
We'll be there for the entire time.
