Saturday, September 11th, 2010 @ 7:30
John Street Jam
Saugerties, NY
http://www.johnstreetjam.net
Price: 5.00
John St. Jam is a wonderful, unique venue in the middle of Saugerties, NY--a rare musical experience. It is set up with gentle lighting and superlative sound. On Sept. 11th, Fran and I and my mother Lyn Burnstine will be the lucky one-quarter of the evening's music--some of our own songs, and all of us together for some traditional family songs. It is often SRO, so get there early (door opens at 7)! The music goes from 7:30 to 10 with a refreshment break, and costs a mere $5. It is in the Dutch Arms Chapel on John St., just left off Rte.9W after it turns north in the middle of town. All the info is on their website http://www.johnstreetjam.net/
